Multiwall polycarbonate is a sheet divided by internal ribs: the air channels cut weight and heat loss while the sheet stays rigid and lets light through. The more walls, the better the insulation.
The outer surface carries a 50-micron UV-protective layer that keeps the sheet clear and its colour stable over years of use. Manufacturer's warranty: 10 to 15 years, depending on brand and thickness.
We supply factory 2.1 × 6 m and 2.1 × 12 m sheets, or cut them to your project specification with a nesting plan that keeps waste to a minimum.
